We provide many services, such as bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation and more, but we specialize in customer service. Our Staff
Rhonda
McCormac is the Managing Member of our company with over 20
years of experience in the areas of accounting and taxation.
Rhonda is a 1987 graduate of the University of Montevallo and
was the first female UM graduate to be hired by a (then) Big 8 firm.
She specializes in tax planning and preparation and business
consulting. She and her
husband, John, have three children.
Rhonda and her family are members of
Liberty Baptist Church

Laura Payne is our Office Manager and she has
more than 20 years experience in business administration.
In addition to managing our office, she specializes in payroll
administration, bookkeeping and processing income tax returns.
Laura and her husband, Clarence, have two children and six
grandchildren. Laura and Clarence are members of
